頭皮と髪全体を濡らします。頭から約3cm離し、頭の前側から後ろ側へと向かって、部分ごとにチューブのノズルから直接塗布します。ブロッキングした髪の生え際から頭皮へと指で優しくマスクを広げ、10～20分間おいて吸収させます。頭皮マスクが作用している間、髪の中間から毛先にかけてエラスティサイザーを使用すると、より徹底的にヘアトリートメントが行えます。洗い流した後、Philip Kingsleyのフレーキー/イッチー スカルプシャンプーで髪を二度洗いします。1回目はシャンプーを付けて1分間優しくマッサージし、頭皮から剥がれたフケを浮かせて落とします。洗い流し、もう一度シャンプーします。ご自身の髪質のタイプに合ったPhilip Kingsleyのコンディショナーで髪の状態を整えます。仕上げにフレーキー/イッチー スカルプ トナーを使用します。マスクは週1回お使いください。チューブ1本は、頭皮全体のトリートメント1回分を目安としています。
